1. 30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

2. Condition

Items must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Opened items cannot be returned.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the return shipping label.

4. Damaged Items

If your order arrives broken or damaged, email cs@efacrelief.com immediately. A refund or replacement will be issued.
